I grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico, where music, video games, and sports have always been a big part of my life. European football and Formula 1 are my favorites—I’ve spent almost every weekend with my family watching F1 races. It’s been our tradition for as long as I can remember.

Before joining Houston Texas Immigration Lawyers, I worked in retail and customer service. I liked helping people, but it was frustrating to see companies ignore their needs. Hearing constant complaints about poor service made me feel embarrassed to represent businesses that didn’t seem to care.

Here, it’s completely different. The level of care and attention given to every client is incredible. If a mistake happens, the team doesn’t ignore it—they fix it. Everyone truly believes in the firm’s mission: giving clients peace of mind and a fresh start for their families.

Seeing my coworkers take that mission to heart pushes me to do my best every day. I love knowing that my work makes a real difference, and I couldn’t be happier to be part of this team.
