I was born in Tlaxcala, Mexico, but I spent most of my life in Sacramento, California. When I was three years old, my parents brought me to the U.S. as an undocumented immigrant. Growing up, I felt like any other kid. It wasn’t until my teenage years that I truly understood my status, especially when I realized I couldn’t get a driver’s license or a social security number.
My parents faced the same challenges. They worked hard and lived undocumented for years, never attempting to change their status until they had no other choice. Fortunately, when that moment arrived, they were better prepared than most.
I love what I do at Houston, Texas, Immigration Lawyers because I understand how intimidating it can be to ask for help in these situations. Many families struggle with not knowing where to turn or who to trust. It takes real courage to take that first step, and I have the privilege of assisting those who do.
Every day, I hear personal stories of perseverance and hope. I help schedule consultations with our outstanding legal team so people can get the guidance they need. I know firsthand how life-changing this process can be, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that makes a real difference.
